We build a product, and we build for other people.
The LOT App is ours. The client work is how we learned to ship it — and how we keep the standard honest.
Leaders of Teams is a Polish technology company. Our own product is the LOT App: a CRM for sales teams that spend their day on the phone. Alongside it we take on web, marketing and AI work for other companies. That order matters — we sell a tool we use ourselves, and every claim on this site has to survive contact with our own sales team first.
Why the name says teams
The best work we have done came out of small groups who owned a problem end to end, rather than a chain of specialists handing tickets to each other. That is the whole idea behind the name and the whole reason our projects are staffed the way they are: a few people who can see the problem from the customer’s side and are allowed to decide how to solve it. It scales worse than a process. It produces better software.
Four things we hold to
Not aspirations. These are the ones we have said no to work over.
We use what we sell
Every feature in the LOT App was tested against our own pipeline before it reached a customer.
No invented numbers
Where this site shows a figure, you can see how it was calculated. Where we cannot show that, we do not print a figure.
An audit can end in no
If the honest answer is that you should fix three things and not hire anyone, that is the answer you get.
Handover, not dependency
A project only we can maintain is a project we built wrong. You get the documentation and the access.
How a project actually runs
Four phases, and the first one can legitimately end the engagement.
- Step 01
Look
What runs today and where it actually hurts.
- Step 02
Decide
What is worth building, and what is not.
- Step 03
Build
In slices you can use, not in one delivery.
- Step 04
Hand over
Access, documentation, and a deploy you run yourself.
What we do, in four areas
The same people move between them. That is deliberate.

Two ways to work with us
One buys a product. The other starts a project.
Tell us what you are trying to fix
A few sentences is enough: what the system is, what goes wrong, and roughly how long it has been going wrong. We come back with an audit and a straight answer.
