§ 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy applies to the Website operating at: https://leadersofteams.com/

The Website Operator and Personal Data Administrator is: Maciej Kucharski Leaders of Teams, Aleje Jerozolimskie 109/21, 02-011 Warszawa, Poland. Contact e-mail: kontakt@leadersofteams.com, Tel.: +48 501217783.

The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data regarding the data provided voluntarily on the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

- Handling inquiries via the contact form and valuation form

- Realization of ordered services (creation of websites, online stores, CRM/ERP systems, web applications, business process automation, marketing services)

- Conducting commercial correspondence and documenting arrangements with Clients

- Presentation of the offer and information about services

- Issuing invoices and maintaining accounting documentation

- Running a newsletter (only for persons who have expressed consent)

- Pursuing claims or defending against claims

The Website obtains information about users and their behavior in the following way:

1. Through data provided voluntarily in forms, saved in the Operator's systems.

2. Through cookies saved in the User's terminal device.

3. Through the collection of server logs by the hosting provider.

02

§ 2 – DATA PROTECTION METHODS

Places for logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer by an SSL certificate. Personal data and login details entered on the page are encrypted and can only be read on the destination server.

User passwords are stored in a hashed form (one-way) — it is not possible to restore their original form.

The Operator regularly performs security backups and updates the software used for personal data processing.

Only authorized persons, obliged to maintain confidentiality, have access to personal data.

03

§ 3 – HOSTING

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of Hostinger International Ltd. based in Cyprus (hostinger.com), operating in accordance with the personal data protection regulations applicable in the European Union.

04

§ 4 – YOUR RIGHTS AND THE WAY DATA IS USED

In justified cases, the Administrator may transfer personal data to other recipients only when it is necessary for the performance of the contract or legal obligations. Data recipients include:

- hosting company — on the basis of data processing entrustment,

- accounting or bookkeeping office (if the Operator uses such services),

- law firms and debt collection entities,

- banks,

- public authorities — only on the basis of legal provisions,

- authorized collaborators implementing projects for Clients,

- providers of analytical and marketing tools.

Personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected — taking into account the requirements resulting from legal provisions (including accounting regulations). Data processed for marketing purposes is not stored for more than 3 years.

You have the following rights:

- right of access to personal data,

- right to rectify data,

- right to delete data ('the right to be forgotten'),

- right to limit processing,

- right to data portability,

- right to object to processing — in particular to processing for direct marketing purposes.

A complaint about the Administrator's actions can be lodged with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use selected functions of the Website (e.g., sending an inquiry through a form or concluding a contract for the provision of services).

The rules for providing services and detailed terms of cooperation are specified in the Terms of Service available at: Terms of Service

Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union, with the exception of analytical tools (Google Analytics), for which appropriate protection mechanisms are applied (including standard contractual clauses).

05

§ 5 – INFORMATION IN FORMS

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user — including personal data — if provided.

The Website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

Data provided in the form is processed solely for the purpose resulting from its function (handling a commercial inquiry, contact, service valuation). Each form contains information about the purpose for which it is used.

06

§ 6 – ADMINISTRATOR LOGS

Information about user behavior on the Website may be subject to logging. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the Website and ensuring its proper functioning.

07

§ 7 – ANALYTICAL AND MARKETING TECHNIQUES

Google Analytics 4: The Operator uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, with possible processing by Google LLC in the USA) for statistical analysis of traffic on the Website. The tool's script is loaded ONLY after the User gives consent in the cookie banner — until that moment the Website places no cookies on the end device beyond those strictly necessary for it to work.

The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the „Cookie settings” link in the Website footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. After withdrawal the Operator removes the Google Analytics cookies from the User's device.

The Operator enables IP anonymisation and keeps advertising signals switched off (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain set to „denied”), so data from the Website is not used for ad personalisation. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place under the standard contractual clauses concluded by Google.

Remarketing: The Operator does not run remarketing and does not pass data from the Website to advertising networks. Should that change, it will require separate consent and an update to this policy.

Communication Automation: The Operator may use tools that automate the sending of e-mails (e.g., after filling out a form), only to persons who have expressed consent to receive commercial correspondence.

08

§ 8 – COOKIES

The Website uses cookies — IT data (text files) stored in the User's terminal device. Cookies usually contain the name of the website, storage time, and a unique identification number.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

- maintaining the user's session (after logging in) — without the need to log in again on each subpage,

- analytical and marketing purposes (described in § 7).

Types of cookies used on the Website:

- Session cookies — temporary files, deleted after logging out or closing the browser.

- Persistent cookies — stored for the time specified in the parameters or manual deletion by the User.

Cookies may also be placed by entities cooperating with the Operator, in particular Google LLC (USA).

The User can change the browser settings regarding cookies or delete saved files at any time. Limiting the support for cookies may affect the availability of some Website functions.

09

§ 9 – MANAGING COOKIES

To manage cookie settings, choose your browser:

Computers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera.

Mobile devices: Chrome / Android, Safari / iOS.

10

§ 10 – ELECTRONIC CORRESPONDENCE

Personal data contained in electronic correspondence addressed to the Operator is processed by Maciej Kucharski Leaders of Teams for the following purposes:

- enabling e-mail contact,

- documenting arrangements with Clients, contractors, and other entities,

- receiving letters, applications, and requests in electronic form,

- pursuing claims or defending against claims — based on the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Data is processed for one year from the receipt of correspondence, or for 3 years — if the message contains content important for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

Sending an inquiry about an offer or service constitutes consent to providing a response electronically. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

11

§ 11 – CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed about significant changes via the Website or by e-mail. Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Administrator.

The Privacy Policy does not replace agreements on the entrustment of personal data processing concluded with entities providing services to the Administrator.
